Harness are excited to announce that funding is available for certain courses for the 2022-24 period. This funding comes via Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) and for this reason it is only available to certain Queensland-based individuals or companies in the building and construction industry that meet certain eligibility criteria.
How CSQ Funding Works
Funding is provided from the construction industry via CSQ to support workers with enhanced safety and specific skills within this important industry sector. Elgibility rules determine who can benefit from the funding subsidies. The funding is determined through a refund approach meaning you pay for the course you think you are eligible for, we apply for the funding from you and – assuming you are eligible – you will receive the relevant amount back from CSQ.
The rules for elgibility involve residency, working rights and meeting criteria such as not having previously done the training or met a certain threshold of subsidised training. It is in each applicant’s interest to compy with the CSQ eligibility rules.
